"Hotel in an excellent location. Many amenities nearby, including the Nizami Metro station. A bad experience booking a tour with a receptionist, Kanan. During an organized tour by Kanan, the driver, who didn't speak English—even though we had booked a driver who spoke English—demanded us to pay a supposed parking fine he'd received... Overall, a good hotel, but the staff wasn't up to par. In fact sometimes they didn't even say hello when you entered or they weren't even present at reception...
