I was disappointed I was not offered an upgrade with my Expedia gold membership. Especially seeing I stayed 6 nights. I would have liked a view of the Caspian Sea.

"We arrived very early morning due to our flight schedule. The two gentlemen at the reception arranged a 1/2 price and allowed us to check in early. The hotel is beautifully decorated, quiet, and comfortable. I would only change the breakfast options as the buffet retained the same menu each morning."
