"As soon as i came in to check in. They sent me to another hotel. Madina hotel. I went there waited for 2 hours. And they sent me back to zam zam. They told me that the room i booked is not available. So they can give me a smaller room. I took a look at it. It was so small i couldn’t fit in there ..."
