"Pleasantly surprised when I saw the room! Very neat and clean. Surprisingly nice bedding and mattress. The only quibble is something I actually got a kick from. The piping for the bathroom sink is backwards! Hot water is controlled by the right hand faucet! So charming I’d almost suggest you NOT correct it! Manage did a nice job of recommending a fine nearby restaurant. "
"Staff was excellent especially Wednesday afternoon check-in. Don't remember her name but she handled the check-in procedure in a speedy and most professional manner.
She at all times was pleasant, cheerful with a sincere desire to make everyone in our group feel welcome and tend to our requests.
