Old manor house
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (30)
"We loved our stay at the old manor house. It is a beautiful and peaceful country setting. We enjoyed the friendly farm animals (dogs and cats). Dario was a very responsive host and helped us graciously with anything. He even provided a tour of his winery for us which we found very interesting. If you are looking for a peaceful country get away then this is the perfect place. It has plenty of outdoor space and fun for a family."

Modena Centro Junior Suite Apartment
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (4)
"Perfect position for centre of Modena. The apartment is very small and well appointed, it has everything needed for a short stay. Bed is comfortable and it is a good place for a good night sleep as it is very quiet. The apartment is reached by a lift which takes you to the third floor then one flight of steep stairs up tp the fourth floor. Wifi was good as it was good to have to TVs. Host is friendly and pro-active. She welcomed us with a nice fruit basket and a bottle of wine. We found...

HOUSE WITH LARGE GARDEN AND PRIVATE POOL
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (18)
"The views from this property are absolutely breathtaking! While the property is not near any major sights, it is peaceful and beautiful. Fernanda was very responsive to my questions and her husband assisted us in guiding us around the area to point out places to eat and shop with. The pool was enjoyed by the family and we also also had a fabulous dinner grilling outside on the property. The pictures shown on this sight are accurate."

Cottage in medieval village, private pool, walk to restaurants
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (15)
"We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Collemandina. The property was in excellent condition and Leonardo was very helpful with the check in process and also when we didn't have any hot water. The location is very picturesque and quiet. The only downside is that it is a little isolated. There is a restaurant near the property but it is probably a 20 minute walk up steep roads. We were very reliant on using the car to get everywhere when ideally there would be some amenities a little bit closer."

Villa Dacia home
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (22)
"If you are looking to be centrally located in this area, this is the place. We explored Bologna, Modena, and Parma, along with local parmigiano, and balsamico “factories” (actually very small), stay here! Tiziano was very helpful and his boxer Beatrice is very friendly. We loved the yard and sitting under the portico. The weather was a little cool, but we did have a few warm afternoons. Sunsets are beautiful over the hills. The flat had everything we needed. There were no English channels on the...

Peaceful, comfortable retreat in glorious mountainous surroundings.
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (8)
"We spent 8 days at Casa Beghino. It was truly a memorable experience. Most importantly, the hosts Jon and Jose were exceptional! Their kindness, hospitality, generosity and attention to detail was beyond our expectations. The villa was beautifully appointed with everything we needed to get started. Jon and Jose greeted us with Prosecco and snacks on a patio overlooking their unobstructed views of hills and valleys that surround their home. Daytime/nighttime views as well as morning sunrises are...

"Guiglia is a wonderful small town that's centrally located in Emilia Romagna. We are 2 couples that stayed for a week and the location was a centrally located to Bologna, Modena and Parma. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house was unique and had a number of architectural touches that made this a memorable stay. it was spacious, has a large yard with a covered pagoda, above ground pool and hot tub. Our landlord was readily available if we had any questions and the resident dog, Beatrice,...

Romantic pied à terre in the center!
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (4)
"The apartment is small but charming. Very close to everything in Modena. We were out most of the time so it suited us. No kettle. About 40 steps up to apartment so maybe not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Great communication with the host"

Charming Three-Bed Stone House With Mountain and River Views
8.4 out of 10, Very good, (8)
"We enjoyed the stay, the accommodation was fitting us very well, as advertised. A couple of lows: The 7-places stay is a bit far from the pool, with a bit of a steep path for seniors, you may want to consider (and the owner to clarify on the advert, unless I missed it myself). Also, the wifi is available only in close proximity of the pool, and it should be highlighted, especially considering it's not close, and the 4/5G coverage is limited, there. A highlight the support from Alessandro, who...

"2 couples in sports cars visiting the area for 2 night stay. Obviously very close to Ferrari facility. Parking fine and breakfast buffet good but was surprised there is no dining room for lunch or dinner although the front desk were very helpful in arranging other locations and including courtesy bus to a lovely location La Locanda with superb food that we had actually tried to book this time after previous experience.
