"We stayed only one night and for this it was adequate and it was perfectly clean. The room is quite basic with just a wooden chair at the table, but the biggest issue is that the only curtain is more like a net curtain, so there is no darkness at all once the sun is up. There was only one tea cup for two people and no spoon."

The location isn't great as there is nothing to do near the hotel so the only reason to stay here is to save money by not staying in the centre of Nice. Restaurants - places to eat were a problem. The hotel did breakfast (which was good, although charged as extra to the room rate) but the adjacent restaurant was closed temporarily, the next one...
