My wife, myself and our two golden retrievers absolutely loved the land. Room to roam for sure and everything we needed was only a few minutes away in town, which has a nice coffee shop and plenty of places to eat. Most definitely coming back!
The accommodations were very comfortable. The air-conditioning was working great on those hot South Georgia summer days. Everything was very clean and well decorated my whole crew that came with me was very happy with our stay. I spoke with the owner on the phone. He was very nice!
Gorgeous property and home. When you stay be sure to go outside and view the stars! The home was quiet and comfortable. It has all the amenities of home. Communication with owner was excellent. We loved staying here and would do it again.
Home was perfect for our fishing trip! Pictures accurately show home except it is much more spacious in person. Location is also very nice as it is literally right off the highway so you are able to get to stores and restaurants very easily. We will definitely rent here again if we come back to Lake Seminole!
Words cannot describe how perfect our stay was. Franklin was so accommodating and checked in with us throughout our three week stay. He even provided us with information about local happenings! The property was perfect for our animals. So quiet and peaceful. Beautiful house!
This vacation home is a relaxing piece of heaven. I recommend it highly for anyone who is searching for a beautiful, comfortable and spacious home surrounded by country scenery. The walking trails are full of natural beauty and so enjoyable. The sunrises and sunsets are the best! The owner is friendly and more than gracious. We will certainly come again.
Our stay at Ten Horse Farm is something out of a classic "home on America's farm" movie. Green abundance with fresh air. Scenes only remembered from a painting by Renoir. Long walks on country trails with occasional sights of a beautiful fawn jumping around. Bliss.
The listing is accurate. It’s a farm hand starter. Very clean decorated in a mid century modern style. If you are looking to get away from it all, this place is great. Internet and cellular coverage were terrible at best, likely due to being away from the city center.
My wife and I had a great time with our 3 grandchildren (15, 10 and 6) at the Guest House at 10 Horse Farm.
The Guest House is well-equipped and has a genuine homely atmosphere. Franklin is also a great host who gave us an in-person warm welcome. He lives on site but was unintrusive yet kept us up to date on things going on on the farm and in the local area. During our stay, there was a violent storm that caused a power outage, Franklin was quickly on the scene with battery lanterns and checking that our grandchildren were OK. Playing board games by lantern light was an enjoyable experience for us all.
Being set in its own grounds, there was plenty of space to play outside without disturbing anyone else. It's also a very peaceful and relaxing environment.
An ideal location for us made even better by Franklin's personal touch.
I highly recommend this beautiful quiet clean historical guest house. We were in town for a dog event and this place was great.everything was as pictured.and communication was perfect.thanks
This was an excellent place to stay with plenty of room to park trucks and boats. Everything you could ask for and also only 5 minutes to the boat ramp and town. We had a great time!!!
