La sale de bain les toilettes sont sale excréments et cheveux . Pas de serviettes non plus . Et le pire se font les draps du lit pas changé plein de taches , souillé, oils et cheveux à volonté, une horreur . Je redescends a la réception on nous change de chambre. Pas mieux . "This was an excellent place to stay in the Grand Baie area, especially because of the wonderful staff. The property itself is nice and well maintained. We liked the half board package, breakfast and dinner were both delicious. The staff really sets this place apart. "I would not recommend anyone because the room Hibiscus No 15 and 11 were terrible poorly maintained there were lizards everywhere and mosquitoes. We asked for a mosquito diffuser and the receptionist told us they would send one which was in vain as nobody came along. The bedsheet was torn very old and most of all we all didn’t sleep as the bed was not comfortable one could feel the wire spring on our back. "The whole experience from checking in was fabulous, the rooms were clean and ready ahead of time, the staff were very friendly and polite and always at hand to help with any questions we had. The Spa was superb with all the different types of treatments available. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Mauritius to stay here, I would definitely like to go back for another holiday at this venue"
