Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Nuestra experiencia con Vrbo ha sido totalmente decepcionante. El alojamiento que encontramos no se correspondía con las fotografías ni con las condiciones anunciadas y presentaba graves problemas de higiene, mantenimiento y seguridad, todo ello documentado con fotografías y vídeos.Contactamos con los propietarios y con Vrbo desde el primer momento y realizamos numerosas llamadas solicitando una solución. Tuvimos que abandonar el alojamiento y pagar un hotel por nuestra cuenta, sin recibir una solución efectiva por parte de Vrbo.Finalmente, Vrbo ha decidido que, según su criterio, no corresponde devolvernos el dinero, a pesar de toda la documentación aportada.Por nuestra parte, no vamos a dejarlo aquí: hemos puesto el caso en manos de un abogado y nos hemos asociado a OCU para continuar con la reclamación.Obviamente jamás repetiremos con esta plataforma.
