This spacious and comfortably furnished two-room holiday apartment is conveniently located (A17) just outside Dresden (a 25-minute drive), south of Pirna near Berggießhübel in a beautiful rural landscape.<br><br>It’s an ideal starting point for long walks, hikes, bike rides, or excursions to the region’s many attractions—from the Elbe Sandstone Mountains through Dresden, Pillnitz, and Moritzburg all the way to Meissen. A trip to the Czech Republic is also a great option.<br><br>A fully equipped ground-floor apartment awaits you, featuring a fireplace, a south/west-facing terrace with a garden, and a large, naturally lit bathroom with a tub and a walk-in shower.<br><br>The basic amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with a glass-ceramic stove, dishwasher, microwave, capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a small seating area with two bar stools. Of course, bed linens and towels are provided. A cot and a high chair are also available upon request. A parking space is located directly in front of the entrance.<br><br>The apartment was completely renovated in 2021. The tasteful furnishings immediately make you feel at home. In the bedroom, a cosy double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with comfortable cotton bedding awaits you.<br><br>The living room couch, which is also very comfortable, does not offer additional sleeping space but provides excellent seating comfort. Two additional sleeping options are provided by mattresses that can be used for children.<br>The fire in the wood-burning stove radiates a cosy warmth, and gazing into the flames has a very calming effect.<br><br>The modern bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower and a bathtub.<br><br>You’ll be staying in a beautiful rural setting in a very quiet location with a view of the village church.<br><br>Maximum occupancy: 2 adults and 2 children (+cot)<br><br>Another highlight: with just a few simple adjustments, the apartment can be made accessible for people with disabilities.
