"We arrived quite late, gone midnight. Reception was open and ready to receive us. We were warmly welcomed and upon check in, our room was upgraded, which was a really nice thing. Once at our room, it all came together, there was birthday cake fresh fruit and sweet treats left for my daughter, which was absolutely amazing! We ordered room service after a super long day, which arrived promptly and fresh. The following day, I went to reception to thank the staff for all of their effort and kindness. I had been dealing with Moataz at the hotel, who made absolutely everything, simple, easy and a joy. He and his staff assisted us with everything from transfers, dinner arrangements, places to visit and advice. Staying at this hotel, has been 1 of the best travel experiences we've had, everyone is incredibly helpful, caring and will go out of their way to assist. The hotel, restaurants & facilities are all highly recommended and I would happily return again. Brilliant experience! "
