Great helpful staff. Super clean and spaciouus rooms. Zero complaints. Probabaly best hotel north of Makati. Great location for town. Decor is gold tinged Edwardian so i wouldnt have it at home but all in new condition and change is why we travel. Its a great place you won't be disappoointed except the welcome drink is fruit juice and i was hoping for a cocktail. Breakfast is great.

The baggage handler's and the security were excellent in making us feel welcomed, and so did one of the cafe workers as we checked out. Otherwise, the welcome fell short right there. The TV only had one working channel and was of poor quality. The shower was luke warm and the shower head is on its way out. Otherwise, everything else worked as it was intended. Th rooms were very clean, but the there was a price for practically everything. I love the look of the hotel, and I liked the piano, although it is in need of tuning. I wasn't going to stay when I read the reviews, but I thought that I should at least see it for myself.

I always stay at this hotel when I come to visit Baguio. The hotel’s cleanliness, staff are very friendly (shout out to Phine at the registration desk ) and the location.

It was beautiful hotel. A lot of people couldn’t help but take pictures. I’ve stayed in many hotels and it is top 10 in terms of atmosphere. The staff was very thoughtful and accommodating. The food was excellent. It has a rooftop terrace with views of the city.
