Une très belle expérience. Habitant la région mais dans une maison en travaux, nous avons opté pour la location de ce gîte pour recevoir nos amis. Et vraiment sans aucun regret. Communication idéale avec un propriétaire disponible et accueil très sympathique. Gîte adapté aux enfants avec des jeux de plein air dont les adultes peuvent profiter aussi. Gîte très bien équipé et propre. Certes, pas de piscine et non situé en bord de mer, l'emplacement est néanmoins idéal pour visiter une quantité de sites (Mont Saint Michel, côte d'émeraude, etc. Les merveilles du coin sont trop nombreuses pour toutes les citer 😊). Le tout pour un budget très raisonnable. Si vous cherchez un gîte au calme, dans un décor verdoyant, c'est la bonne adresse. Autant de points positifs pour recommander ce gîte. Un grand merci à monsieur Coureuil et à sa belle sœur Élise. Bonne continuation

Très bon séjour avec de jolies villages à visiter.

Location agréable et très appréciée avec des enfants grâce aux jeux d'extérieurs et au grand espace de verdure. La maison est bien équipée et fonctionnelle pour 12 personnes.

Grand gîte très propre et bien adapté pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis.

Nous avons séjourné dans ce gîte en famille ( 6 adultes, 3 enfants en bas âge et un bébé. La grande pièce de vie est très agréable. Ce gîte est très bien placé pour visiter Saint-Malo, Le Mont-Saint-Michel, Dinan, Dinard et naturellement Dol-de-Bretagne qui se trouve à 6 kilomètres. Les enfants ont apprécié l'aire de jeux qui se trouve à Cherrueix, pas très loin du gîte.

Très bon séjour dans une maison très bien équipée

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille ( 7 enfants 4 adultes) et c'était vraiment parfait!La maison est spacieuse, les enfants avaient de la place pour jouer, c'était génial. Idem pour l'extérieur, énormément de place, et pas de soucis avec les ballons chez les voisins ou de les géner avec les "cris" des enfants puisqu'il n'y en a pas Il y a plein de sorties à faire aux alentours (zoo, aquarium, promenades. ..).Je recommande fortement cette location!!!

Un gîte spacieux calme tout confort et impeccable au niveau de la propreté j'y ai séjourné avec mes 4 enfants et mon mari on a pu visiter le mont st Michel, la plage et l'aquarium de st malo , le zoo de la bourbansais et son château magnifique on a aussi visité le cancale la ville de dinard Dinan .les enfants ont bien profites des balançoires et du trampoline ils ont adorés ,l'accueil a été super je ne regrette pas ces 8 jours c'était géniale à refaire sans hésiter

tres beau sejour

nous avons passé une agréable semaine du 13/07/2013 au 20/07/2013. Nous étions avec 5 enfants de 9 à 13 ans et ils ont profité du trampoline ainsi que de la piscine. Le coin est tres calme et à proximité de beaucoup de choses. le proprietaire est une personne tres sympathique et son gite ne manque de rien. gite à recommander
