Situazione da sistemare

Posto tranquillo , proptietari gentili.. pero’ secondo me da ristrutturare un po tutto.. piscina un poco lasciata andare e intorno parecchie lampadine bruciate e non sostituite.. la sera buio pesto.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool, sauberes Wasser, schöner Garten, nah zum Bolsena-See, nah zu Orvieto, nicht zu heiß, wenig Mücken, wenige Wespen, ruhig.

Casa e posto molto bello immerso in mezzo al verde tranquillo ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi e passare una vacanza rilassando pienamente a contatto con la natura. Piscina sempre pulita tutto piacevolmente bello aldilà delle mie aspettative..

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wu...

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wunderschön und der Ausblick von der Wohnung Bellavista toll, auch wenn wir den angepriesenen Blick auf den Bolsena See nur erahnen konnten . Allerdings haperte es mit der Sauberkeit in der Wohnung und die Dusche müsste dringend erneuert werden. Die Duschtasse war alt und abgenutzt, die Duschabtrennung teilweise verschimmelt und klemmte beim Schließen, die Toilettenbürste ekelig schmutzig, wir kauften eine neue. Am Zahnputzbecher klebte ein fremdes Haar und er war innen verschmutzt, hinter dem Heizkörper klemmte ein Stück gebrauchte Alufolie. Außerdem war an 10 von 14 Tagen im Bad ein ganz widerlicher Gestank nach Kanal und nachdem eine zweite FeWo besetzt war, kam aus der Dusche nur noch ein kleiner "Rinnsal" Wasser. Bei unserer Ankunft lagen unter dem Bett drei gebrauchte Tempotücher, die dann entfernt wurden. Die Sonnenliegen waren z.T. kaputt und deshalb mit Panzerband umwickelt. Die Liegefläche einigermaßen sauber, aber unten drunter verdreckt. Wir reinigten sie mit einem Schlauch. Der Raum, wo die Waschmaschine stand, hatte verschimmelte Wände und war völlig verdreckt. Hier mochten wir unsere Wäsche nicht waschen. Reisetipps: Orvieto absolut sehenswert. Nettes Lokal ist die WINE BAR. Bolsena ist ein sehr gepflegter und hübscher Ort.Fantastisches und günstiges Essen im Vecchio Mulino in Lubriano. Von außen unscheinbar, aber auf der kleinen Terrasse mit nur 4 Tischen wunderbar zu sitzen.
