Beautiful single-family house. 4.5 km from the centre of Bagnols en forêt, 13 km from the centre of Fayence, 24 km from the centre of Saint Raphael, in the residential district, 18 km from the sea, 15 km from the lake. Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 80 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system. Outdoor shower, table tennis, boules, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 1 km, restaurant 4.5 km, bus stop 2.5 km, railway station "Saint Raphael Valescure" 25 km, sandy beach "Fréjus" 18 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km. Nearby attractions: Gorges du Blavet. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Saint Cassien 15 km, Sainte Croix 73 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Wunderschönes Haus an ruhiger Lage.

Wunderschönes Haus an ruhiger Lage mit einem wunderbaren Garten und Pool. Die Gegend ist wunderschön, es gibt Möglichkeiten zu wandern oder für Fahrradtouren. Aber auch nur Zeit am Pool zu verbringen ist wunderschön. Einzig die Sauberkeit der Küche und teilweise der Toiletten liess sehr zu wünschen übrig, ansonsten können wir das wunderbare Fleckchen Erde nur empfehlen. Der Garten und die Umgebung sind sehr gepflegt.
