Verbier: Beautiful, cosy, comfortable chalet "Filaos", 3 storeys, surrounded by trees and meadows. In the district of Savolyres, in the resort, 900 m from the centre, in a sunny position in the residential district. Private: with lawn 100 m2. Terrace, garden furniture, children's playground. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the grounds. Parking (for 4 cars). Grocery 500 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 100 m, bakery 500 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Savolyres" 100 m. Sports centre 2 km, chair lift 1.9 km, gondola lift 100 m, skisport facilities 1.4 km, ski rental 100 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ice rink 2 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
"Filaos", 6-room chalet 160 m2 on 3 levels. Partly renovated in 2015, comfortable and cosy furnishings: large living/dining room with cable TV. Exit to the terrace. Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespesso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). On the lower ground floor: 1 large room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the garden. 2 large rooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the garden. Bathroom, shower/WC, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 small room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 large room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Bathroom. Large terrace 40 m2, south facing position and, east facing position. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, deck chairs. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (3 cars). Please note: non-smoking house.
