Beautiful, rustic 2-family house "Djabo", surrounded by trees and meadows. In the district of La tintaz, in the resort, 400 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position. In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer. Shop 500 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "La tinte" 150 m. Skisport facilities 100 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
"Djabò rez", 2-room apartment 30 m2, on the ground floor. Object suitable for 2 adults. Partly renovated in 2016, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with cable TV and electric heating. Exit to the patio, south facing position. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), separate WC. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining table. Shower/WC. Small terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only.
