One of a kind, individual village house, recently completely re-decorated. Furnished by local owner designer. Feel completely at home in the country-style design & surroundings in the peaceful historic village of Old Basing, with an award-winning bakery, though just 5 mins from major railway Basingstoke - London. 4 bedrooms, 1 en-suite shower, family bathroom. Fantastic South-facing open entertaining area, surround sound Sonos system, outdoor bath / sunbathing area / landscaped garden.

Attractive entrance hall leading to open plan kitchen, dining & living area, trebling in space when connected to the outside patio via bifold doors and 2 sets of French doors leading to outdoor bathing and sunbathing area. Outdoor seating, sun umbrellas and BBQ.

Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with built-in fridge freezer, dishwasher, range cooker, butlers sink, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, larder cupboard, microwave. High quality French crockery, glassware and cutlery. Bar stools under kitchen counter top. Boiler cupboard for extra storage, hoover etc. Please note that one cupboard to the side of the kitchen will be locked.

Dining
Large dining table, seats 8 people easily. Bifold doors open up to patio and outside seating.

Sitting Area
Log burner. Sofa (3 seater), large armchair, wicker arm chair, large Ottoman. Smart TV (log in with your own accounts), surround sound Sonos music. Two sets of French doors open up this space. Note the drinks cabinet and cupboards to the top and right of the fire will be locked.

Downstairs loo.

Laundry / coat room with washing machine, dryer and additional fridge freezer. Iron, ironing board. Drying rack. Stable back door leading to small covered area with washing line / hot and cold outside taps.

Upstairs
Master bed & Ensuite Shower
Large French super king bed (Emma Sleep System Mattress), bedside tables, dressing table, chaise longue. Draws and 2 large wardrobes for clothes storage (note some wardrobes and under eaves cupboards will be locked). Air conditioning (portal unit with window extraction). En-suite shower room with over head rainfall shower and hand held shower.

Bed 2
1 x super king that can convert into a twin on request. Bedside tables, small table, chair and chest of draws.

Bed 3
Large single (small double) bed. Wardrobe and chest of draws. This room can be made up as a dressing room or bedroom (please request which option) as the bed pulls down from a cupboard (consequently there are no bedside tables).

Bed 4
Child raised single loft bed, chest of draws, chair and wardrobe. (An additional blow up bed can be requested to go under the bed - perfect for children).

Double sinks, bath with over bath shower.
