Apartment facing south with magnificent views of the highest Pyrenean peaks, located in an old 4 **** luxury hotel dating from 1913, the "Pyrénées palace", one of the most immovable in Luchon

Luxury building in a quiet residential area, you are in the immediate vicinity of the thermal baths, shops, cable car.

You will appreciate my accommodation for its originality, the 2 balconies and its brightness. My accommodation is ideal for couples with children. T2 bis of 50 m² (1 bedroom + 1 sleeping area).

Housing
Located in the hyper center of Luchon. At the foot of the terms and the cable cars. Shaded parking in the residence, elevator, closed and secure residence with digital code. Charming apartment on the 2nd floor completely renovated, consists of a living / dining room with a real convertible sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. Access to the bedroom is via a very original passage (to be discovered on site) with 1 BZ and 1 sofa bed + 1 sleeping area with 2 bunk beds, and a charming bathroom with shower.
2 TV (bedroom and dining room), wifi, senseo coffee maker, raclette / fondue appliances.
Equipped kitchen = dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave
Washing machine.
Hair dryer
Cot umbrella.
Pillows and duvets available for each bed.
