The 25 m² apartment is on the first floor of a small building with five units and features solid wood flooring.



Upon entering, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, and a large fridge with a real freezer compartment. All dishes and kitchen utensils are provided.



The bright living room, with its beautiful fireplace and wooden wall, includes a "rapido" sofa bed with a genuine Simmons mattress, two Scandinavian chairs, a height-adjustable table (from coffee table to dining table), and a 4K TV. Two French doors open onto the spacious balcony with a view of the church.
