Merci pour cet appartement hyper fonctionnel !Il y fait frais. Le parking avec accès direct au même étage est un gros plus.Une précision utile pour les gens concernés nous par exemple) Free ne capte pas dans l'appartement (ni dans le "village").Il y a cependant 2 WiFi gratuits : résidence La voie lactée, et à l'office de tourisme.Autre tips : il est finalement permis d'apporter un pique nique au Pic du midi (contrairement à ce que dit le site Web) et pas besoin de chaussures de marche là haut).Le super marché Carrefour montagne juste en bas de l'immeuble est vraiment une bénédiction.Merci.

Agréable station

- Station très agréable, surtout pour les enfants. Des animaux (vaches, moutons, lamas, chevaux) libres de circuler dans la station. Nous avons même eu la surprise de voir une vache vêler en pleine nature sans aide humaine. Pour les amoureux de randonnées, trails et cyclisme le site est genialsite est

De belles vacances à la montagne dans un logement spacieux.

Déçus par notre location

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette location. Bâtiment des années 70, en moquette intégrale, mal entretenu dans les parties communes nécessitant d’aérer plusieurs fois par jour (ascenseur, couloirs). Malheureusement, l’appartement est à l’image des parties communes malgré qq atouts : - appartement grand, belle vue sur La Mongie au 4e étage, échanges réactifs avec le Proprietaire - bien noter que les draps serviettes torchons ne sont pas fournis - les alèses, couettes et oreillers sont vétustes dans leur majorité (avec des taches de jauni..) - le ménage est laissé aux soins des locataires vous précédant et visiblement sans vérification ! Dans notre cas, ils étaient indélicats (d’après le Proprietaire..) et nous avons commencé notre séjour par 2h de ménage dans la cuisine qui nous a passablement écœuré.. (et idem SdB..) le propriétaire nous a indiqué qu’une société de nettoyage passerait en fin de saison (donc après nous..). Mais en dehors de cela, une couche de poussière de plusieurs mm dans toutes les pièces, vitres sales, des poignées de porte non réparées et qui restent dans la main (notamment pour la chambre des enfants..), bref un appartement qui nécessiterait urgemment d’être entretenu pour pouvoir être proposé à la location et qui nécessite une vraie vérification après chaque passage et pas seulement en fin de saison quand le propriétaire « récupère » son bien pour lui. Ce n’est en tout cas pas ma conception de la location saisonnière. Je suis très déçue.

Parfait !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet appartement. Il est très bien équipé, spacieux et chaleureux. Il y a une multitude de petits détails qui font que vous vous sentez bien : un bel espace de convivialité, une bonne literie, des occultants partout, de la vaisselle en quantité suffisante… pour les familles, il y plein d’activités à réaliser en été, et le fait que la Mongie soit une zone de pâturage est une jolie plus.

Très bien!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Le logement est très bien placé et parfait pour une grande famille. Nous prévoyons de réserver de nouveau l'an prochain. :)

Bonne emplacement et très belle vue

Bel appartement spacieux très bien localisé parking de niveau facile idéal pour deux familles avec enfants.en revanche pas de draps ni de serviettes et les couettes et oreillers mériteraient un bon nettoyage. Bonne prestation dans l'ensemble.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cet appartement très spacieux et très bien situé dans La Mongie. La vue est superbe, les literies sont bonnes. Les procédures d'arrivées et de sorties furent efficaces, et la correspondance avec les propriétaires cordiale et fluide. Tout est positif

L'appartement est super, très spacieux et très bien équipé.

L'appartement est super très spacieux, et très bien équipé. La vue du 4 ème etage est extraordinaire. Nous y retournerons volontier, c'est un très bon plan à conserver pour le ski!!!
