"Stunning views and unique location. Large rooms with good heating/AC. Friendly and helpful staff, with well kept common areas. Chromecast feature for entertainment was useful. Only issue was no kettle for hot drinks."

"Hotel Xauen is a gem in the center of Jaén. Come and check this hotel out. From the hotel you see spectacular views of the city of Jaen. This hotel’s bathroom was so clean and well put together that I actually could not leave without taking a picture of it. The staff at Hotel Xauen was courteous and professional. "There was no coffee maker in room, no welcome bottle of water for guests on their first day check in and the worse part was that no taxi available to take us to the Bus station, we had to walk with our luggage all the way to the bus station 😞"
