"아이들이 아직 3살 이하라서 온돌방이용했어요. 역시 잠자리는 침대 메트리스보다는 불편했지요. 근처 맛집 접근성은 좋았어요. 다만, 욕실은 물떼도 보이고 약간 관리가 안되기 시작한 것 같아요. 주차는 빈자리가 거의 없었고 빈 곳은 폭이 좁아서 주차에 너무 힘들었습니다."

Check-in and check-out are both self-service and there is an assumption that you have Whatsapp on your phone as the check-in details are sent via this app, which we didn't have. "A great central location. I loved that there was a washing machine and fold up drying space in the room. What would make the hotel better would be to have the hotel's name on the outside of the building as it was a little confusing that only the second hotel that shared the lobby had its name outside."

"Excellent stay. Our room was very comfortable and quiet in a good location. Many shops and restaurants close by and a quick inexpensive taxi ride to both bus terminals. Local bus stop to the national park was only a 2-3 min walk away. We included the breakfast in our rate and it was very good. Lots of choice and abundant. Staff were helpful and friendly. However, the long wait time during check-in was an issue, and when I booked through Hotels.com with a breakfast-included package, the handling of leftover breakfast coupons was inadequate. "Unique and different from other hotels, it’s very old and need serious remodeling. Very small bathroom (reminds me of place in London) located right next to entrance of Sarak national park. Food is overpriced and nasty, no room service (order food u have to go pay and pick up yourself?) I won’t recommend, there are plenty of other hotels nearby and cheaper."
