"A lovely stay at this property with our 2 year old.The apartment had everything we needed and communication with the host was very good There are steep hills to access the property by car or foot so bear that in mind but we managed fine with a pram and a car its just worth noting Handy to have laundry facilities on site aswell. "We had a wonderful stay at Relais Vignale! Our room was wonderful and we had a beautiful terrace. The breakfast was lovely and included and the pool was relaxing. We also used the spa for a morning which we loved before the winery tour we booked through the resort. It made the trip so easy and relaxing and it was nice to cross the street to Dante’s for food and wine and walk around the beautiful little town of Radda. Highly recommend!!"

"This was the most beautiful property up in the hills, but only a couple of miles from the city center. The breakfast was great as you sit outside looking at the gardens and surrounding country side. The room was very clean with a great view of the hilly area. Very friendly staff made us feel welcome. The hotel even has a complimentary shuttle to get you closer to the city center. Oh yeah, the coffee machine was awesome. Just push a button to choose between American coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, and other choices. Can’t say enough great things about this hotel/property. Just left for Paris, but already missing Florence and the Art Hotel Via Agape! This is a must stay!"

"A beautiful hotel located approx 25 min walk from ponte vechio bridge. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Dogs are welcome. Breakfast was continental with plenty of choice. Pool area clean. 2 shaded areas about 6 sun beds were out when we were there plus deckchair type seats. You are given a towel to use by the pool on arrival. Pool cold so ery cooling in the heat. 1 downside was the pool did need some updating of the tiles at the bottom of it. There is a bararea all very historic in its decor as well as a piano. The rooms are either on the 1st or 2nd floor of the main hotel or on the extension by the car park. There is a night watch man on duty. The door is locked at 11pm you are given the code to use if you're returning later than this to the hotel. The room was perfect. Tall ceilings huge bed lovely bathroom. The rooms were cleaned daily. There was a tv on the wall. 1 wardrobe. A fridge, kettle but no cups or milk I think you ask for these at reception. The fridge has complimentary water coke and beer. This is replenished each day and you are charged at the end of your visit. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel."

"The property has so much to offer. The amenities and the grounds are impeccable. The 2 restaurants are well managed and the food was excellent. Compliments the 2 sommeliers like Maurizio. The highlight of our stay was the spa and pool at the spa. The landscape is beautiful. Overall, my wife and I had a great time at Castelfalfi and we plan to return."
