Spärliche Einrichtung

Das Haus liegt steil am Meer. Die Einrichtung ist eine Katastrophe. Es gibt nur 4 Stühle, eine kleine Couch und einen Sessel. Entgegen der Beschreibung gibt es keinen Induktionsherd. Wir hatten zB 2 riesige Aluminiumtöpfe. Es gab wenige große und tiefe Teller und gerade mal 4 kleine Löffel, auch nur 4 Weingläser für alle. Der Kundenservice war schrecklich unhöflich. Bettwäsche war nicht da, Armatur kaputt, Außenmöbel kaputt. Nie wieder!

Schönes Strandhaus

Insgesamt war das Strandhaus sehr schön und wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Leider wurde auch bei uns der Müll erst nach einer Woche und Reklamation bei Interhome abgeholt. Ich hätte mich auch über ein bezogenes Bett und Handtücher ohne Plastik-Umverpackung (vermutlich von der Reinigungsfirma) gefreut. War mir zu viel Plastik. Im zubuchbaren Handtuchpaket sind keine Strandtücher enthalten!

Bella casa

La casa è molto bella e nuova, dispone di tutto il necessario per 6 persone, vicinissima al mare c’è una discesa da fare e una piccola strada da attraversare, unico neo mancano gli appendi asciugamani e accappatoi nel bagno principale, in cucina mancano i sotto pentola. Il Bagno esterno dietro la casa è comunque comodo, per la spazzatura sarebbe meglio avere i bidoni sopra vicino alla casa e non sotto nella strada perchè chiunque passa di li ne usufruisce senza fare la raccolta differenziata.

Leider nicht wie erwartet

Es gab viele extra Kosten, für die Klima, Handtüchern, Bettwäsche, die nicht im Text erwähnt werden aber beim Online Check in plötzlich auf uns zugetroffen sind. Wir hatten kein warmes Wasser, der Gastgeber wollte uns telefonisch nicht helfen, bis wir interhome kontaktiert haben. Irgend ein Mann kam am kommenden Tag auf das Grundstück ohne sich anzumelden um die Gasflasche mit dem heißen Wasser zu tauschen und hat nicht mal geklopft oder geklingelt!

Top-Lage der Unterkunft. Wasserdruck ungenügend, fällt laufend zusammen Badezimmer keine Aufhängevorrichtungen für Tücher. Zubehör zum Kochen und Geschirr ungenügend Abfall vom Vorgänger wurde nicht entsorgt. Ein Wochenplan für die Abfallentsorgung liegt nicht vor. Wurde auf Nachfrage zugestellt. An 2 Tagen Stromausfall über mehr als 5 Stunden.

Gute unterkunft

Leider eine Woche den Müll nicht abgeholt. Externer Strand Verkehr nutzte die Müllsammlung ebenfalls zum Ablegen ihres Abfalls, was das Müll Problem noch verstärkte. Sehr spartanisch aber gut eingerichtet. Zur Verfügung gestellte Strandstühle teilweise nicht nutzbar, da zerbrochen. Sauberkeit vor allen in den Bädern verbesserbar. Betten quietschen teilweise bei jeder Bewegung und Matratzen sehr weich. Schlüssel von einigen Schranktüren defekt Und deshalb nur eingeschränkt nutzbar.

Tolles Haus in herausragender Lage

Das Haus war perfekt, genau wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Tolle Lage direkt oben auf den Dünen mit Blick auf Strand und Meer (100 Schritte!). Zustand und Einrichtung wie versprochen sehr gut. Besteck und Geschirr wären für 6 Personen sehr knapp bemessen, sollte ergänzt werden.

La casa è in ottime condizioni. Andrebbe un pochino più attrezzata. Manca un’area verde. C’è un ampio cortile ma tutto cementato. Nonostante sia stata messo in atto la raccolta differenziata nell’arco di una settimana non è mai passato nessuno a ritirare la spazzatura. Mi sarebbe piaciuta una maggiore presenza del responsabile di zona. Comunque il panorama dalla casa è meraviglioso

Maison parfaitement située, non loin de la plage et vue imprenable. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces. L’équipement est toutefois minimaliste et la literie un peu sommaire. Très bien insonorisée ( heureusement, car la fête en fin de semaine peut durer jusqu’au matin). Je recommande cette maison dans l’emsemble.

Das Haus war wie abgebildet sehr toll. Großartiger Blick aufs Meer, abends tolle Sonnenuntergänge und im Mai/Juni leerer Strand direkt vor der Tür. Checkin wegen Reinigung leider erst 16 Uhr mögl. Wir konnten unser Gepäck nicht einmal im Haus deponieren. So mussten wir den ganzen Tag mit vollgepacktem Auto unterwegs sein. Einen Grill wollte man uns leider auch nicht bereitstellen - Antwort: "der ist ja nicht mitgebucht worden!" Service kenne ich auch anders. Das Haus ansich ist aber super ;-)

Das Haus liegt optimal für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung! Der Strand ist traumhaft. Doch auch am Haus in der kleinen Sanddüne lässt es sich sehr gut erholen. Gutes Konzept mit der Aussendusche, so konnten wir die Tochter vor dem Betreten des Hauses vom Sand abduschen.

Das Haus liegt optimal für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung! Der Strand ist traumhaft. Doch auch am Haus in der kleinen Sanddüne lässt es sich sehr gut erholen. Gutes Konzept mit der Aussendusche, so konnten wir die Tochter vor dem Betreten des Hauses vom Sand abduschen.

Panoramablick mit Sonnenuntergang

Der Strand ist sehr weitläufig, sauber, klares Wasser und war nicht überlaufen, windig und es hat etwas Wellen. Für Kleinkinder nicht optimal aber für Wind- und Kitesurfer. Für den Tagesausflüge empfehlen wir, Costa Paradiso, die Strände bei Stintino & Castelsardo. Wir sind Juni 2021 in dem Haus gewesen. Frisch nach der Renovierung. Die Lage und die Aussicht ist genial! Das Haus steht praktisch oben auf den Dühnen mit Rundumblick. Auf der Rückseite sieht man die Stadt und die Berge, vorne das
