This 4-star apartment is located in the quiet spa zone 1 on the top floor of a three-family house, ensuring you enjoy peace from all sides. The private single garage with separate bicycle storage is right in front of the entrance. A spacious 35 m² terrace, equipped with a large sun awning, dining area, and two seating groups, faces east and west. Start your day with breakfast on the terrace as the morning sun shines in, and take in wonderful views over the rooftops of Badenweiler toward Römerberg and the Neuenfels ruins. To the east, you can see the mountains in the direction of Schweighof in the Southern Black Forest Nature Park.



The town center is just a 1-2 minute walk away. In 2 minutes, you reach the forest with well-marked hiking trails. The location is ideal for spa guests, sports enthusiasts, mountain bikers, hikers, and city lovers.
