The 55 m², modernly furnished apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday and consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, and a bathroom. It accommodates 2 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi and TV. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for communal use at no extra cost. The bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed. The private outdoor area includes a balcony with an awning.
