Very nice hotel sitting on really nice grounds in a lovely part of town. Hotel was very quiet. Room was tasteful and modern and a good size. 10 min walk into town but it's a steep return as the hotel sits up on a hill.

Absolutely excellent hotel with amazing staff. We stayed in Baden Baden for 4 days and the service was beyond amazing. The staff helped with booking restaurants and taxis! Very friendly staff:) The taxi company they used Taxi Marina was just the best:) Marina the taxi driver was a sweetheart and was very helpful. Rooms were spacious Lovely view from windows Bathrooms were very good size & clean Good clothing cupboard space Breakfast was very good Restaurant food was good I highly recommend this hotel!!! Thank you Hotel Magnetberg! Thank you Taxi Marina We recommend this hotel 10/10!

My only complaint would be the lack of air conditioning, as the weather was exceptionally hot in July 2023. Having said that, I was aware that the rooms didn’t have air on when I booked. The hotel provided fans for myself and my travelling companions.

Ontbijt onder de maat

Prima kamers, schoon, geen airco maar konden een ventilator krijgen. Hadden een kamer met balkon en mooi uitzicht. Alleen voor het ontbijt moest 20 euro per persoon betaald worden, er lagen nog maar een paar broodjes, wij vragen hadden ze er nog maar 2. Pancakes lag er nog maar 1, ontbijt viel tegen. Verder hotel was goed en schoon

Rien de bon dans cet hôtel

Horrible tout simplement : CAFARD dans la chambre : l hôtesse a reconnu que ce n etait pas impossible Pas de gel douche le flacon était vide Table du balcon non nettoyée remplie de poussière Frigo vide et ne fonctionnant pas : aucune boisson exceptés 2 petites bouteilles d eau chaudes donc et facturées 3 EUR la bouteille Pas de cafetiere pas de bouilloire pas de café pas de thé RIEN ABSOLUMENT RIEN Petit dejeuner à 20 EUR : pain beurre fromage et café (enfin du café) Le clou de l hôtel : se trouve à 1 km du centre ville accessible par une pente (de 1km). On y arrive à pied après une bonne demi heure de marche. Au final après cette montée on aimerait bien une boisson fraiche du frigo : eh bien non vous n aurez droit qu à l eau chaude du robinet ou en bouteille. En définitif cet hotel n a rien de bien a proposé. Je n y reviendrai pas.

Cet hotel a une atmosphere d’hôpital. Très propre, silencieux et assez classe. Parking gratuit. Tout c’est donc bien passé sauf la mauvaise surprise au moment de payer: le petit déjeuner est facturé 25€/ personne. C’est largement abusif pour un buffet honorable sans plus. Ça nous a gâché la bonne impression que nous en avions. Attention l’adresse pour y accéder est fausse. C’est Vincentistrasse la bonne rue

Tja, wie das Hotel mit Hotel.com 9,2 Punkte werben kann, ist mir ein Rätsel. Einrichtung 80er, Checkin, naja, sagen wir, sie hat sich Mühe gegeben, Keine Klimaanlage, Bett Vollkatasstrophe. Dusche braust in alle Richtungen. Leider hat es das Frühstück auch nicht rausgerissen. Tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse

Nette kamer, vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk ontbijt. Prachtige omgeving. Snel en netjes geholpen. Ik raad dit hotel zeker aan. Geen airco, maar rolluiken kunnen helemaal dicht en een ventilator hebben we gekregen op de kamer. Kamers zoals op de website vermeld.

Nicely situated large hotel with open vista terrace, hotel M is in close proximity to old town and forst walks. Friendly restaurant lady and reception gentleman was kind and helpful . You get very nice sweets on the pillow which was a bonus for me. Thank you for my room and supper.

Hotel is in a good location, quiet. It has parking area which is nice. I had a beverage which was like 6 USD but although I had 10 USD Credit from my VIP Perk, I was charged for what I had.

Poor hotel

The hotel is average at best and I feel once we go to Baden-Baden realised there were many better places to stay. The best thing about the hotel was the massive room size and its balcony. But there were many problems - the water temperature in the showers was not consistent, there no acs so the rooms are very hot, etc. Important point to note - there is no check in/reception staff between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m., so make sure you reach before.
