Check in was smooth, friendly and in English, out room was only a few metres from Reception and was clean and spacious. "Check-in was weird. Just had my key waiting at the desk to grab. No one was there to greet us. Made me feel like anyone could grab it. Room was super nice and modern. The "lake" in the photos was nice, but most people went down there to smoke. My biggest problem was our room was on the ground floor facing the parking lot so it was quite noisy with people talking right outside our window."
