Einfach charmant, so kann man dieses Hotel beschreiben. Viele kleine Gesten die einem ein lächeln in das Gesicht zaubern, vorallem das Frühstück!

Staying in Bad Steben was a highlight of our trip to Germany. There were 7 of us in 3 rooms - 3 generations and the Villa suited us all exceedingly well. Christina went above and beyond to host us and help us with sightseeing ideas. We spent a day at the thermal spa, another day visiting Bamberg and after we checked out we visited the Museum in Mödlareuth - excellent outdoor and indoor tribute to life behind the Iron curtain. The breakfast was beautifully displayed and so delicious! Everything was provided for us. Thank you!

Lob: Herzliche Gastlichkeit, zuvorkommender Service, familiäre Atmosphäre, freundliche Beratung zu Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen und Unternehmungen, extrem gutes hochwertiges und schmackhaftes Frühstück, stilvolle Einrichtung, Zimmer sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, modernes sauberes Bad, kleiner Balkon, Fahrradraum und Handtuch/Bademantelverleih. Optimierbar/suboptimal: sehr kleines Bad, zu wenig Trockenmöglichkeiten für Handtücher und Sachen, keine Milch für Kaffeeautomat nach dem Frühstück, Möbel teilweise unpraktisch durch fehlende oder wenig Verstaumöglichkeiten (nur Nachttische ohne Fächer, 1 kleinerer Kleiderschrank), recht hellhörige Räume (Zimmer 4 für Frühaufsteher im Eingangs- und Küchen/Frühstücksraumbereich im Erdgeschoss, hat uns aber nicht gestört), keine Fruchtsäfte im Getränkeangebot.

freundliche Gastgeberin und Team; hervorragendes, qualitaiv hochwertiges Früstück mit selbstgemachten Salaten und z. T. frisch gepressten Säften, nach Wunsch zubereiteten Eiervariationen ruhige Lage, fünf Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Therme allerdings sehr hellhörig (jede Bewegung im Zimmer über uns war zu vernehmen, dto das Duschen in diesem Zimmer und nebenan; zudem meldete sich während unseres Aufenthaltes bereits früh am Morgen und auch tagsüber die Heizung mehrfach mit Klopfgeräuschen), so dass insbesondere unsere Schlafqualität litt

Das Wochenende fühlte sich an wie Kurzurlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war einfach nur traumhaft und mit viel Liebe zum Detail zu bereitet. Ganz großes Kompliment! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Kleines, malerisches und gepflegtes Haus

Das zu Recht als Villa bezeichnete Haus ist alt aber gepflegt und vermittelt mehr den Eindruck eines Domizils einer wohlhabenden großen Familie als den eines Hotels. Zimmer und Bad waren ausreichend groß, und modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alle verwendete Einrichtung funktionierte, auch der WLAN-Empfang war zuverlässig und ausreichend schnell. Es war ruhig im Haus und auch auf der Straße, wie im Rest des Kurortes. Werde ich in der Gegend wieder eine Übernachtung benötigen frage ich hier zuerst an - vom Zimmer über Service und Frühstück bis zur Belegschaft erfülte alles meine Erwartungen vollständig.

Schönes ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit direkter Anbindung zur Therme und Kurpark.Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt schade das es bei der 2.Buchung schon ausgebucht war.Sehr empfehlenswert!!!!!
