Saubere und komfortable Wohnung. Der Ablauf hat gut geklappt und die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Gut Platz für eine Familie oder Gruppe mit Erwachsenen. Da ich vom Land komme, hat mir die Lautstärke in den Schlafzimmern nicht gefallen. Die Wohnung ist direkt an einer Hauptstrasse bzw Kreuzung. Dennoch ist die Lage gut, da man zu Fuß alles in kurzer Zeit erreichen kann.

Perfektes Sprungbrett zur Ostsee

Die weitläufige Ferienwohnung war ideal für uns drei Erwachsene, um Bad Schwartau und die Ostsee zu erkunden. Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten im Zentrum der Stadt gelegen. Alles, was man zum Leben braucht, ist direkt vor der Tür. Das Meer etwa 15 Minuten Fahrt mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was für erholsame Tage nötig ist. Sie ist sehr sauber, komplett ausgestattet, hat eine Terrasse, auf der man sich auch ungestört sonnen kann und großzügige Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten. Der Küche fehlt es an nichts, und auch das zweckmäßige Bad mit Dusche ist sehr praktisch. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist sehr unkompliziert und sympathisch. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist sozusagen kontaktlos, der Parkplatz vor der Tür. Es gibt wahrlich nichts, was man bemängeln könnte - deshalb volle Punktzahl! Und gerne wieder.

Tolles Preis - Leistungsverhältnis

Sehr große, geräumige Wohnung. Wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Jedes Zimmer verfügt unter einen TV. Waschmaschine inkl. Trockner falls es doch mal eng mit der Wäsche wird. Genug Platz um sich auch mal zurückzuziehen. Ideal für größere Familien oder mit Freunden. Sehr nah an allem was man sich wünscht. 7 Autominuten bis zu einem sehr großem Einkaufscenter (LUV). Nur 11 Minuten bis zum Strand und 13 in die wunderschöne Altstadt von Lübeck. Viele Angebote für Touristen falls das Wetter nicht zum Baden einlädt. Direkt im Ort gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten um Essen (unbedingt "bei Alina " vorbeigucken) oder einkaufen zugehen. Ein wunderschöner Park in direkter Nähe zum Spazierengehen am Abend. Absolut freundliche Vermieter. Alles in allem, rund um zufrieden.

Soweit so gut. Leider für unsere Kinder etwas zu hellhörig. Die Betten haben geknackt und es hat kaum Unterschied gemacht, ob die Türen geöffnet oder verschlossen waren Die Lage war sehr zentral und das war auch gut. Das Objekt liegt an der stark befahrenste Straße in Bad Schwartau. Dadurch war für uns ein schlafen mit offenem Fenster nicht möglich. Sehr angenehme Vermieter. Unterkunft bietet alles was man Geräten benötigt.
