  • The house is located in Bad Schönborn, a small village with village character. Bad Mingolsheim is known for its thermal springs. The place is also a high-rise for Nordic Walking.
    The house is quietly located in a cul-de-sac on a slightly rushing stream with a terrace view of the church. The spa park is located near the apartment. Only a few kilometers from the village are the golf course in St. Leon-Rot and the Rhein-Neckar-Arena of the football club 1899 Hoffenheim in Sinsheim. The neighboring towns of Kronau and Östringen are the birthplace of the Handball Association "Rhein-Neckar-Löwen". The surrounding area is perfect for hiking and biking. By train you are fast in Heidelberg, Mannheim, Karlsruhe and Speyer. For daily needs you can choose between several supermarkets or the local companies.
