Some places have minimal staff which can be frustrating checking in/out, asking questions, etc. They were well staffed. Shout out to Julia. She went above and beyond to help me with a few things. "Very friendly staff at reception. Great breakfast, play areas for children. Roof lounge was lovely. Room felt a little dated, beds not the best, but everything was well taken care of and it was a peaceful place to spend some time. Didn’t get a chance to try the pool but nice it was open late. We stayed just for one night in the middle of a long road trip when everything around Salzburg was booked. We’d do the same next year."
