"We needed a little bit of help during the check-in process, but it was very easy to reach the staff, and they easily solved our issue so that we could access our room right away. We were grateful for the accessible parking and we loved the proximity to the pedestrian area and wonderful restaurants. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Liechtenstein."

"My husband grabbed a snack bar by the buffet area, he didn’t know that it’s not part of the complimentary breakfast. Later, we saw the sign “Honesty Bar”. It’s quite sarcastic because nothing was in English except for that, it would be fair if there’re price tags letting people aware of it. We travel there with the main purpose of using the Bath, but was told that it was closed for annual maintenance until the last day of our stay. It would be nice for the Hotel to mention something in the information section before we paid for the stay."

"Good hotel, off to the side of the hustle and bustle but yet safe. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and staff very friendly. The internet was unstable and there is no AC which was an issue as it was a very hot day. However, they provided a fan which helped. Be aware that they have an elevator from the reception to you room but there’s a flight of stairs from the front door to the reception which was difficult for us with large bags."

"Modern Super clean room with large bathroom & good water pressure + walk-in shower. Great kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Excellent storage. Fast WiFi. Very helpful staff (by email). No one on site except cleaning staff in the morning. Zero human contact so Introverts will love it LOL. The downside was the breakfast which although had very good quality bakery items from Keller just cannot beat a cooked brekky. Also The bikes were of no use at all - as every bike had faults! Having said that, #22 & 456 buses ran every 20 mins and married well with the train departures. Also to Tamina Therme which you HAVE to visit (main reason for the visit). Efficient and flawless integration. The grass airstrip with single engined aircraft for enthusiasts was interesting (not bothersome ay all). Green all round with breathtaking views. The cowbells were a hit!. Altogether, a brilliant place to stay and would recommend highly."
