Welcome to our newly renovated 1-room apartment with 44 square meters of living space on the first floor of a multi-family house.



The apartment offers high-quality furnishings and modern comfort in a compact space. A small hallway with a wardrobe leads into the living area, which opens onto a covered balcony with seating. In the living area, you will find a double bed as well as a sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed (sleeping area 190 cm x 140 cm).



The separate kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator including a small freezer compartment, sink, stove, microwave, and oven. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, and a walk-in shower.



A covered parking space is included.



Our apartment is quietly located and offers a wonderful view of the village of Griesbach and the beautiful Black Forest landscape. You can relax on the balcony or enjoy activities such as hiking, cycling, or skiing in the surrounding area. A private parking space and Wi-Fi are available to you free of charge. The train station and several restaurants are within walking distance. Hiking trails, a mountain bike route, and opportunities for snowshoeing are nearby. A bakery and a grocery store can be reached in about 5 minutes by car, and the tourist office is also just 5 minutes away.
