Skønt hotel i fantastiske omgivelser. Moderne og stadig et strejf af historiens vingesus. Blev mødt at en meget venlig receptionist der gav os mange gode og nyttige infos. Dejlig værelse og adgang til lille fitnessrum. Utrolig lækker morgenmadsbuffet med stort set “alt”. Thüringen Wald har rigtig meget at byde på. Bestemt et besøg værd.

Schönes, aber in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Leider ist die Beschreibung nicht korrekt, da mittlerweile keine Sauna und Dampfbad mehr betrieben werden. Da dies für die Buchung ausschlaggebend war, ist das sehr ärgerlich gewesen. Dafür war das Parken kostenfrei, obwohl hotel.com Extrakosten auswies. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, Personal sehr nett und auch die Lage ist 1a.

Ich war nur für eine Nacht da. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war höflich reserviert, das Zimmer soweit sauber und recht geräumig und das Bad war schön groß. Das Licht könnte aber heller sein. Ich bin totaler Fan von Badewanne, hätte ich mehr Zeit dort verbracht, hätte ich mit Sicherheit auch ein Bad genommen. Das Essen im Restaurant ist ganz angemessen und die Speisekarte übersichtlich. Das Frühstück war recht üppig mit großer Auswahl an warm-und kaltspeisen. Im Foyer steht leider ein leerer Kühlschrank. Glücklicherweise bin ich an einem Samstag zeitig angereist und konnte mir im Ort beim Supermarkt noch mit Getränken eindecken. Wer sonntags oder montags anreist sollte im Hinterkopf haben, dass Bar und Restaurant an dem Abend geschlossen haben.

Für Kurzurlaub okay jedoch wäre eine Renovierung und Sanierung mal notwendig, der Geruch im ganzen Hotel hat uns gestört. Bad sehr altmodisch. Frühstück ist okay, wobei die Kinder sich Crêpes, Waffeln oder Pancakes gewünscht hätten und Nutella war auch noch aus. Sauna war leider defekt.

Hier fühlt man sich willkomme

In diesem Hotel habe ich 4 Nächte verbracht und meine Erfahrungen sind durchweg positiv. Das Zimmer war geräumig, ruhig und sehr sauber. Direkt am Hotel waren genügend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden und auch beim Frühstücksbuffet war für jedermann eine gute Auswahl vorhanden. Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Serviceteams sowie der Dame an der Rezeption, die den Check-In zügig erledigte und an den folgenden Tagen freundlich und kompetent mit guten Tipps zu Ausflugszielen zur Verfügung stand. Das Preis-/Leitungsverhältnis dieses Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Aufgrund meiner eigenen Erfahrungen kann ich das Kulturhotel Kaiserhof uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und ich selbst werde bestimmt wiederkommen.

Ich hab während der Offnüngszeit online gebucht und bezahlt . bin aber Spät angereist , der Schlüssel befand sich im Schlüsselbox nur der Code wurde nicht weitergeteilt, weder Nachricht noch einen Anruf, die sind auch nicht erreichbar, nur per zufall kam ein Frau nach zwei Stunden,die den privat kannte und nach der Code gefragt, ich Stand 2 Stunden draußen. am nächsten Tag wollte ich in die Sauna , der hat. Kein Lust die Sauna anzumachen und meinte er muss um 20 Uhr Feierabend machen aber wenn ich will 10€ pro Person muss ich zahlen Also fakt ist nie wieder dahin

Wir bekamen einen recht großen Raum. Leider war er nur recht unpersönlich eingerichtet. Da er nach hinten lag, war die Aussicht nur eingeschränkt gut. Dazu trugen auch die sicher seit Monaten ungeputzten Fenster bei. Das Bett war gut. Beim Frühstück hätten wir mehr erwartet.

Wir hatten eine wirklich sehr schönes Zimmer. Obwohl zur Straße gelegen sehr ruhig. Eine Manko für mich sind die vielen kleinen Lichtquellen(Fernseher, der Föhn im Bad, und selbst die Nachttischlampen). Frühstück war umfangreich und lecker. Service war sehr aufmerksam.
