Herr Horror und Unsauberkeit

Bitte mietet diese Wohnung nicht!Erstmal das gute: Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und hat einen Aufzug in den dritten Stock. Nicht barrierefrei das vom Aufzug Stufen zur Wohnung führen. Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller.Nun das was nicht so schön war: Wohnung war bei Ankunft nicht geputzt. Nur das Badezimmer. Im Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach waren noch die Reste vom Vorgänger. Boden und Terrasse schmutzig.Beim Putzen fand ich dann eine Matte mit Hundekot unter dem Bett, die Matte roch dem entsprechend. Auch waren hinter der Heizung stark verdreckte Küchenhandtücher die auch rochen.Weiteres:Badezimmer:- Die Badewanne läuft fast gar nicht ab.- Die Duschwand ist undicht. Dadurch immer Überschwemmung im Badezimmer.- Das Heizungsthermostat lässt sich nicht regeln. Dadurch immer hohe Temperaturen im Badezimmer.- Der Wandlüfter funktioniert nicht. Dadurch hohe Feuchtigkeit im Bad.Küche:- Die Uhr am Herd blinkt nur und lässt sich nicht einstellen.- Der Griff vom Kühlschrank fällt fast ab- Das Gefrierfach sollte mal aufgetaut werden. Denn da kommen Gerüche von Verfaultem Essen her.- Ein Schrank hat gar keinen Griff mehr- Ich habe nur das Geschirr das ich gebraucht habe gewaschen. Aber das gesamte Geschirr müsste mal gewaschen werden.Schlafzimmer:- Das Bett riecht nach Hunde Urin- An der Wand über dem Bett hing vermutlich mal ein Bild.- Das digitale Schloss an der Türzarge funktioniert nichtBalkon:- Der Schmutz unter dem Grill müsste mit Spezialreiniger beseitigt werden.

Überbuchung

5 Stunden vor Check in wurde uns mitgeteilt das die Fewo angeblich überbucht sei. Es wurde innerhalb einer Stunde eine tolle Ersatzwohnung für uns gefunden. Trotzdem ist mir schleierhaft wie eine Überbuchung im Digitalzeitalter passieren kann.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Bad Kreuznach

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einem Balkon und Blick auf die Nahe. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral und ruhig. Die Buchung und Schlüsselübergabe war einfach. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in bester Lage

Es war ein wunderschöner Kurzurlaub. Die Wohnung hat wirklich alles, was man ggf. benötigen könnte und ist sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Aussicht ein Traum und Check-in war total easy. Auf den Fotos sieht die Wohnung kleiner aus, als sie wirklich ist. Insgesamt 5*+. Vielen Dank.

beste Lage

Die Lage ist super, ruhig und zentral. Parkplatz im Hof. Balkon mit Aussicht. Schnelle Reaktion auf Anfrage. Alles in allem habe ich eine sehr schöne Zeit in Badkreuznach dank dieser Unterkunft.
