Wunderbares B&B - Familie Hartmannsgruber hat hier ein wirkliches Kleinod geschaffen. Der Check-In funktioniert sehr schnell und problemlos über einen Code für den Schlüsselsafe am Eingang. Man bekommt ihn am Vormittag des Anreisetags per SMS. Die Zimmer sind modern (kleiner Kühlschrank, zwei Fernseher, getrenntes WC und Dusche), ruhig und sehr groß. Eine Sauna im Haus nach kurzem Hinweis auch gerne für den Abend vorgeheizt. Das Frühstück ist phänomenal und für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Viel Obst, diverse Brötchen, viele Säfte, Rührei, Joghurt, … Dank Familienhund Moritz ist die Familie auch sehr haustierfreundlich. Die Unterkunft liegt am Ortsrand von Bad Kötzting und es gibt diverse Wandermöglichkeiten direkt ab der Unterkunft. Zum Einkaufen (Edeka, Aldi, dm,…) sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuẞ. Auch der Weg zum Kurpark dauert nur ca. 15 Minuten. Vielen Dank nochmals an Familie Hartmannsgruber - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Check-In wurde verständlich per E-Mail erklärt und war vor Ort einfach durchzuführen. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber & liebevoll eingerichtet. Budget mit überraschendem Luxus

Mit Lob soll man nicht geizen, deshalb will ich gleich loslegen: Bei günstigen B&B Unterkünften liegt die Messlatte bekanntlich nicht sonderlich hoch und dieses Haus hat jede einzelne Box ganz easy gecheckt. Matratze? Richtig gut. Möbel? Nicht abgewohnt. Check In? Lief automatisiert und reibungslos. Das Bad? In Ordnung. Die Größe des EZ? Für 2 Nächte okay. Der TV? Angenehm groß. Die Sauberkeit? Nichts zu meckern. Soweit so gut also. Der Knaller folgte aber am nächsten Morgen im Frühstücksraum, denn was die Gäste hier erwartet, ist in Qualität und Umfang auf einem Niveau, das sonst in *** oder manchmal auch ****Hotels üblich ist. Ganz großes Lob also an die überaus sympathischen Betreiber, die sinnvolle Reduktion mit einem luxuriösem Frühstück kombiniert - und das alles zu einem wirklich attraktiven Preis. Herzlichen Dank, ich habe den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen.

Schönes sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon. Das Hotel ist zwar gefühlt vom Innenbereich etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alle Bereiche wie Lobby, Restaurant und Zimmer wurden elegant und stilvoll erneuert. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klasse mit warmen und kalten Speisen. So reichhaltig findet man es selten.

Warm and Hearty Welcome ~ Super-friendly staff, immediately you feel like you are part of the family. Guests were lovely, too! And the breakfast buffet? OUTSTANDING!!! Hübsches Hotel an verschiedenen Wanderwegen, direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe vor dem Haus liegt eine Haltestelle. Wanderwege um den Blaibacher See und Höllensteinstausee. Kurze Wege nach Bad Kötzting. Umfangreiches außer ordentlich leckeres Frühstück. Nette Eignerfamilie.
