    Our five recently renovated apartments combine the charm of classic mountain style with a modern touch in their new furnishings, highly appreciated by our guests. The strategic location allows you to have everything within reach, whether you wish to hit the slopes, explore hiking trails, or simply breathe the fresh mountain air.



    For mushroom enthusiasts, the nearby woods are a true natural paradise, perfect for relaxing and connecting with nature. Wir haben es dort sehr genossen

Top 5 ist für zwei Personen die beste Wohnung in dem Haus. Sie liegt im 2. Stock. Vom großen Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick ins Tal. Es ist dort ruhig, die Talstraße ist etwas entfernt, wenig befahren und nur leise zu hören. Nachteil dieser guten Lage ist die fehlende Infrastruktur, für jedes Brötchen ist die Fahrt nach Bad Keinkirchheim erforderlich (ca. 10 Min). Die Wohnung ist bis auf die Küche großzügig geschnitten, das Bad riesig, die Ausstattung international modisch. Der Holzdielenboden wirkt sehr wertig. Dass die Küche winzig sein würde, war aus dem Inserat klar. Dass aber selbst existentielle Kochutensielien fehlen (keine große Schüssel, kein Koch- oder Schöpflöffel) ist unverständlich (-> 15€ IKEA). Genauso fehlen witterungsbeständige Stühle für den Balkon. Weiterer kleiner Minuspunkt ist die geforderte Kaution. Kommunikation mit der Agentur nur auf englisch möglich. Insgesamt würden wir aber gerne wieder kommen.
