Apartment KITZ ski-to-door
- Lovely new apartment in a small building close to the Maibrunn lift (about 100m) and the Sankt kathrein spa (about 200m). There are a bakery and a pizzeria in walking distance, as well as a bus stop.
Maximum comfort with two double bedrooms , one bathroom with shower and wc, one additional toilet, a cozy living room full with atmosphere , balcony with table and chairs and storage room with boot heater.
There are also two private parking spaces only 40m from the house door and a common ski-room for the whole house on the ground floor.
