This hotel was amazing! Adorable decor, friendly staff, and great food and coffee! Great views! Beds werent the most comfortable but managable. Parking is a little tough but everything was worth it.

Weird smelling room, no toiletries, no mini-bar, no safe, no coffee or tea machine. Also, the room could not be locked from inside of the room. The room had a “worn-out” feeling. Definitely not a 4* hotel. Good breakfast and nice view from the room.

This is an excellent property with homely, rustic and friendly character. The breakfast and evening meals were excellent and there was a big choice. Also had a nice swimming pool and a garden to relax in. The staff were extremely warm and helpful. Sometimes German/Austrian/Swiss hotels can be efficient but lack warmth but this was not the case here. Only slight criticism is that the room could be a bit more modern. But would whole heartedly recommend.

Vi benyttet dette hotellet i sommerhalvår, hvor sesong er vinter. Vanskelig å vurdere da aktiviteten var meget lav. Noe knapt med ansatte pga. lavsesong, men man kan anta at dette bildet er annerledes på vinterstid. Ingenting å utsette forøvrig på driften. Parkering og sentral beliggenhet. Kjøkken av noe enklere standard både til middag og frokost.

Ski Weekend

The staff at the St. Georg were so lovely! The hotel is in the perfect location for access to the ski lift and the town. Would absolutely stay at the St. Georg again.

A quality stay in Bad Hofgastein

This is a wonderful hotel in a convenient location. The rooms were modern, comfortable and large. Our room had a balcony with mountain view. We also enjoyed the bathrobes on our bed. The hotel has a bar and restaurant. The restaurant offers a set menu in the evening for 15 Euros per person. The meal is multi-coursed with two choices per course. We found it to be a good value. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful. There were no warm choices but the buffet was large, plentiful and high quality. There is a lift in the hotel and parking is free. Staff were nice and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel.

I did not know what to expect but I'm kind of mad I didn't do more research- I didn't have time to head down to the spa area as I only stayed one evening and had activities lined up. Lovely room with plenty of space. The included breakfast has a chef making eggs any way you wanted them which was great. I honestly want to go back and just relax!

Comfy alpine style hotel.

Lovely summer short break in an alpine setting. Lots of mountain hiking, mixed with lovely swimming lakes and spas. Easily reached from Salzburg this is a great base for hiking with several walks and more strenuous hikes starting from the town.
