"This property is was great for our group! Not a high end place but it has everything you need including well equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washer. The sinks in each room were great! Barbara is awesome host! She even brought come Christmas cookies and Schnapps for us. So thoughtful!!!"

"Sehr schönes geräumiges Haus. Wir waren mit 17 Erwachsenen. Jeder hatte ein geräumiges eigenes Zimmer mit Bad. Das Haus war sauber. Die Küche war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Im Erdgeschoss Platz für Skiausrüstung. Gemeinschaftsräume klein. Wir verbrachten die meiste Zeit in der Küche, die angemessen war. Skibus und Supermarkt in der Nähe des Hauses."

"The cottage is really in a fantastic place. As the last house on the road you have a great view! With a lot of snow it is a challenge to get there by car. Then you definitely need snow chains. At the top of the house there is enough space to turn and park your car on flat terrain. The house is very centrally located so you can easily reach the various fantastic ski slopes. "We had a nice stay in the large house situated 5 km from the small village Maria Alm. The outdoor area was well equipped with gas grill and eating table plus chairs. The rooms inside where large and nicely renovated, especially the bathrooms. It was somewhat longer to drive around to the sites we wanted to visit than we anticipated (mostly local roads, seldom motorways), but Salzburg, Kønigsee and Zell am See where within 1-1,5 hours drive from the house"

"The property is close to the center, clean and convenient.. the staff are helpful The breakfast is good but limited I like also the availability of bidet in the toilet I just would recommend the property to reconsider daily cleaning of the rooms and the use of perfumes in the loby "
