In die Jahre gekommenes Objekt und der Geruch in der Wohnung ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Toilette war ständig verstopft.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, insbesondere der Garten hat Charme. Zum grillen ist alles vorhanden. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Schöne Lage aber Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt nicht ganz
Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und von dort aus sind alle Ausflugsziele bequem erreichbar.
Es ist genug Platz vorhanden auch mit Baby.
Leider sind trotz angegebener Renovierung einige Mängel vorhanden, die nicht zu dem aufgerufenen Preis passen wie z.B. Dusche undicht, teilweise Feuchtigkeit an den Decken, lediglich 4 Messer und Gabeln, eine genannte Waschmaschine existiert nicht, Fenster defekt.

Ansprechende Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und zum großen Teil modern eingerichtet. Hier uns da gibt es kleine Ecken die nachgebessert werden könntrn, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.
Leider war die Toilette während unseres Aufenthaltes oft verstopft. Vielleicht müsste diese einmal überprüft werden. Und nach dem Duschen war ein kleiner See vorzufinden. Die Tür hat sich nicht gut schließen lassen.
Ansonsten bietet die Ferienwohnung alles was man braucht und die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.
Alles in allem zu empfehlen.

Weihnachtsurlaub
Die Ferienwohnung hatte eine gute Größe für 5 Leute. Dass ein Schlafzimmer eine direkte Verbindung mit der Küche hatte ohne Tür, war auf den Bildern leider nicht ersichtlich. Wir haben dort ein schönes Weihnachtsfest verbracht. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer könnten aber ein bisschen mehr Farbe vertragen, damit es dort freundlicher und wohnlicher wirkt. Außerdem wäre eine richtige Abtrennung des 3. Schlafzimmers zur Küche und eine Bedienungsanleitung für die Therme im Bad wichtig. Insgesamt war die Wohnung sauber und der Kamin brachte Gemütlichekit.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Sicherlich könnte man hier und da kleine Ausbesserungsarbeiten durchführen, aber für ein Wochenende war es völlig in Ordnung! Der Grillplatz hat uns auch gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schön gelegen aber zu viele Mängel.
Alte Betten zum Teil auf Steinen stehend stark quietschend, Tapeten alt und lösen sich schon von den Wänden, kaum Möglichkeit Wäsche abzulegen da keine Kleiderschränke vorhanden sind. Duschfugen lösen sich und teils mit Schimmelbildung. Kühlschranktüren gehen kaum auf, Nachtschränke und Komoden fallen bald auseinander. Die Augen sehen mehr als die Fotos zeigen. Etwas Renovierung wäre angebracht. Zentral gelegen.

Sehr abgewohnte Ferienwohnung
Zum Teil durchgelegene Betten und sehr durchgesessenes Sofa mit uralten Tapeten welche sich bereits von den Wänden ablösen. Spinnweben an der Deck und in den Zimmern. In der Dusche löst sich das Silikon aus den Fugen und ist zum Teil schimmlich. Fenster undicht und marode, so dass es zum Teil an den Dachfenstern reinregnete (feuchte Fensterrahmen) und der Wind durchpfeift. Uraltes zusammengewürfeltes Geschirr, keine Kleiderschränke und kaum Möglichkeiten Jacken und Sachen aufzuhängen. Sonst grundlegend sauber aber für diese Bedingungen zu teuer.

Nice stay in convenient location

sehr heimelig und gemütlich
wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und das nicht nur wegen der gemütlichen Coach , sondern auch wegen der unterschiedlich thematisch eingerichteten zimmer. ein sternabzug gibt es wegen der fehlenden Geschirrspülmaschine und der Fernseher war schlecht bis gar nicht eingestellt.
alles in einem wars aber sehr heimelig ;-)

günstig, ruhig und sehr freundlich
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich.
Die Wohnung ist schön, wenn auch etwas in Jahre gekommen. Das Haus liegt ruhig und man kann sich gut erholen. Für uns als Motorradreisetruppe war es ideal, weil man die Motorräder gesichert auf dem Grundstück abstellen konnte.

absolutely great host, very helpful
Horst is one of the friendliest and most approachable host's we've ever come across. It was a beautiful homely apartment, and we really felt comfortable there. Horst recommended grea tourist attractions nearby and provided some advice when we mentioned that we were to hike up Mount Brocken. Surrounded by the Harz national park, Horst's place has beautiful views and clean air. You'd be silly to stay anywhere else in Bad Harzburg!

Gemütlich und zentral
Sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eigerichtete Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist zentral aber ruhig gelegen. Perfekter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Immer ansprechbar mit vielen Tipps für Ausflüge. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt könnte eine Spülmaschine ganz hilfreich sein. Bei voller Belegung (6 Personen) und einem 14tägigen Aufenthalt ist nicht ausreichend Stauraum für Kleidung vorhanden (keine Kleiderschränke). Für uns 4 bei einem verlängerten Wochenende aber akzeptabel, zumal es bei den Kleiderschränken in den meisten Ferienwohnungen mangelt.
