Breakfast could start at 7'o clock instead of 7:30. Pillow was too thin for me. Otherwise good value for money.

Der Ausblick vom Hotel über das Gasteinertal ist spektakular, das Hotel ist leider jedoch in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer doch schon recht überholt, die Betten hingegen waren bequem. Enttäuschend war, dass die Handtücher nicht ausgetauscht wurden, obwohl wir sie auf den Boden gelegt hatten. Sie wurden einfach wieder aufgehängt. Wir wussten dann nicht mal mehr, wer welches Handtuch benutzt hatte. Das Frühstück war grundsätzlich ok, aber auch nicht herausragend. Das Personal an der Rezeption recht mürrisch, von Freundlichkeit oder Herzlichkeit war nichts zu bemerken. Die Gastein-Karte wurde uns erst auf Anfrage ausgeteilt, wir hätten damit die Therme, den Bus und die Liftkarten billiger bekommen.

Hotelli rauhallisella paikalla upein näköaloin laaksoon, jos parveke sinne päin. Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde ja hyvä aamupala. Grosskugelin hissiasema ihan vieressä. Upeat rinteet ja ei ruuhkia kiusana.

Esqui em Bad Gastein

Hotel a 1.3 km do centro, os apartamentos possuem varanda com linda vista de toda a cidade. O quarto é amplo,não dispõe de cafeteira, moveis antigos, banheiro moderno com banheira. O café da manhã é razoável, estacionamento excelente, os funcionários do hotel são muito amaveis e não medem esforços para que o hospede se sinta bem-vindo . Excelente pra quem quer esquiar, uma das pistas situa-se a alguns metros do hotel.

gutes hotel oberhalb bad gastein

das Hotel steht oberhabl der stadt bad gastein. es ist einfach zu dem Hotel mit dem Auto zu kommen. genug Parkplatz. es ist auch einfach zu fuss in die Stadt zu gehen. wunderschönes ausblick. sehr nette Rezeption und überhaupt alle im Hotel. gutes essen. Möglichkeit am abend im aufethalsraum sitzen bleiben.

Prisvärt och gemytligt.

Vi var en familj på 4 som var på skidsemester. Hotellet serverade en helt ok frukost, bjöd på lite "imbiss"(snacks) på eftermiddagen (dryck fick man betala för) och erbjöd också en 3-rätters middag för 12 Euro, som inte var något märkvärdigt men helt ok när man inte orkade gå ut och leta något annat efter en lång dag i backen. Personalen var väldigt hjälpsam. Hotellet låg lite utanför, det tog ca en kvart att gå in till byn.

Mycket trevligt och prisvärt hotell !!

Mycket trevligt hotell med en mycket god service av personalen på hotellet. Närhet till ett av skidsystemen o ca 15 min promenad till centrum. Men det går gratis skidbussar dagligen vilket gör det enkelt att transportera sig mellan hotell o de olika skidområdena .. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell.

Wir waren zwar nur kurz im Hotel Helenenburg, haben uns aber sehr wohl gefuehlt. Das Hotel selbst ist schon laenger nicht mehr renoviert worden, aber der gute Service, das tolle Fruehstueck, liebevolle Details (z.B. Obstschuessel am Zimmer) und das freundliche Personal machten den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

A beautiful place with a beyond wonderful staff. They even include a city pass with your room that gets you discounts throughout the area. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety. Absolutely wonderful and for a great cost

Wonderful gem

It was fabulous! The customer service from the front desk clerk and the restaurant staff was personal, friendly and professional. It was a very welcoming hotel with very spacious rooms and balconies. The three course dinner was cheap and delicious! We were not able to stay for breakfast on the morning we checked out so the staff prepared lunch kits for each of us for the next day.

Utroligt serviceminded, venligt og imødekommende personale, smukt beliggende hotel, værelser med balkon og udsigt man ikke kan få nok af - et af de allerbedst beliggende hoteller i Bad Gastein. Ikke det mest moderne hotel, men helhedsoplevelsen er udelukkende positiv, og man kan ikke andet end at slappe af og føle sig mere end velkommen.
