Ein angenehmes ruhiges Hotel zum Wiederkommen

Wir haben uns für einen kurzen Aufenthalt im Hotel Phönix entschieden. Der Empfang war freundlich. Frühstück war wirklich in Ordnung, die Servicekraft ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die gebuchte Suite ein Highlight, nur zu empfehlen. Ein Minus gibt es bei dem Stubenmädchen, die Leintücher wurden bei der Aufbettung nicht gespannt, ebenso die Kopfkissen nicht aufgeschüttelt. Die Reinigung einer Suite in 2 Minuten :( Sporadische Kontrollen der Geschäftsleitung würde ich empfehlen. Ansonsten ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Empfang: sehr freundlich Zimmer: sehr schön und modern renoviert, leider sehr warm, auch nach Abstellen der Heizung wurde es nicht wirklich kühler.

Gute ruhige Lage im Grünen

Freundlicher Service an Rezeption und Gastronomie. Frühstück gute Auswahl. Leider war unser Tisch sehr klein für 3 Personen. Ich kannte das andere Ehepaar nicht. .... Freundliche Hilfe des Hausmeister beim Ab-und Aufladen Meines e-bikes.Danke.

Schwaches WLAN; Parkplatz (Tiefgarage, da man vor dem Hotel nicht parken darf) Gebührenpflichtig- habe aber meine Buchungbestätigung vor gezeigt (wo es steht kostenlose Parken) und sie haben mir den Betrag wieder abgezogen; sauberes Hotel 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Therme; gutes Frühstück.

Komisches Hotel

In dem Hotel hat es mir nicht gefallen . Morgens zum Frühstück bekommt man einen Tisch zu gewiesen in einem Befehlston obwohl noch einige Tische frei waren . Wir saßen beengt zu dritt am Tisch . Man hat mich zwangsweise zu geordnet. Ich wollte in Ruhe Frühstücken, brauche etwas mehr Platz. Ich bin über 1.90 groß. Saß beengt beim Frühstück, wie in einem Billigflieger . Das hat mein Gesamt Eindruck geprägt. Frühstück bis 9.30 , Basta. Kompromisslos.
