One the one night but had a lovely evening in the mane with the staff who were super friendly, and happy to speak English with me! Made my stay very pleasant.

Ich war im Rahmen des Riderman da und die Unterkunft war top. Zimmer hat gepasst, Frühstück war lecker, freundliches Personal und sogar das Rennrad durfte mit aufs Zimmer.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe zum Zentrum / Bad / Restaurants. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen. Die hohen Bäume der anliegende Park... einfach Erholung pur.. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen !!

Teppichzimmer sind ganz dreckig. Im Zimmer die Kaffeerahm abgelaufene Datum, Vorhang. Ich denke mir, dass die gewaschen sind letztes mal wo sie aufgehängt sind. Und beim Frühstück Kaffee war richtig sauer.

Empfang war nicht besetzt. Man hat sich bemüht. Service im Frühstücksraum könnte freundlicher sein. Atmosphäre wie in einem Sanatorium. Treppenhaus-penetranter Geruch. Parken gut und kostenlos . Aussicht zum Park war schön. Tägl.kostenloser Thermebesuch !

Schade hat es nur 1 Person gegeben über das neue Jahr. Er war komplett überfordert. 1 Personal war viel zu wenig schade..Zudem hatte es an Musik 🎶 gefehlt. Letztes Jahr war es besser..Ansonsten nahe zum Bad. Und nahe zu den verschiedenen Restaurants.

Ich habe am Donnerstag 21.11. abends 18:30 und 19:15 euch versucht zu erreichen. COMBOX kommt nachdem die Meldung (alle unsere Mitarbeiter sind besetzt) ich habe bis heute 25.11.24 nie einen Rückruf erhalten! Das ist kein Kundendienst.
