They welcomed The guest with Mozart chocolate. The staff is super friendly and assisted in each and every way. I was new to Salzburg and the staff helped me to plan my tour at Salzburg. One thing they should improve is, alarm calls in the morning which they completely forgot about.

What a delightful oasis in the middle of a concrete jungle with super easy access from train station. Eclectically decorated with a "save the planet" vibe that hits in so many ways!
