"No management. Bathroom door was about to fall off no one cared. Burned out light bulbs. AC window units are old and don't put out cold air at best cool air. There was a divers office colocated but due to so few customers they closed it. Small pool but clean and good to lounge in. Pool side bar. Gronds well kept. On water front but no good access to water."
