2B/1B sleeps 8 on waterfront property - 270' pier, pool, hot tubs & amenities

This beautiful cottage is the perfect place to bring your family or a fun group of friends.

We are on Galveston Bay and our unique property offers 150' of waterfront with a 270' fishing pier, pool, spa, numerous Palapas along the waterfront and lots of common areas for sitting and grilling and enjoying our outstanding views of Kemah and the Galveston Bay.

We have one Suite that is Waterfront and that is The Bay Room. Our other Cottages are set off of the water about 150" but have full access to all of our amenities and lots of waterfront sitting areas.

This cottage will sleep up to 8 people comfortably. Two of the bedrooms are private with an additional queen bed over twin trundle bed in the living room. The kitchen and bathroom are very large and fully stocked with all the amenities and cooking utensils/appliances you could ever need. All Linens and towels are provided as well as basic cooking spices, coffee, sugar, creamers, etc. This cottage has a private deck and grilling area but all common areas are available for use. Grills are also provided at no additional charge. Special items can be added upon request.

We are 20 miles south of Houston on I-45 South, 4 miles from the famous Kemah Boardwalk, 10 minutes from NASA/Johnson Space Center, 15 minutes from Baybrook Mall, 10 miles from the Texas City Outlet Mall and only 20 minutes from Galveston. There are many terrific restaurants near us and some you can get to on the golf carts we provide for your use while staying with us.
