"Cleaner was very helpful no one in reception only a tv screen to talk to booked family room for 3 couldnt climb stairs as on walking stick no 3 beds available down stairs management by tv gave us 2 rooms but they were 8 rooms apart not sure id go back price was ok but not very personal and without cleaner not quite sure what we'd have ended up with."
